Cindy Bauer is the Director of Operations and Co-founder with her husband Tom Bauer of Surfing The Nations (STN). STN is a non-profit organization founded in Hawaii, over ten years ago, serving in humanitarian works locally and internationally. She has committed her life to this revolutionary movement, to the mission of surfers/ individuals "giving back". The unique concept has opened doors to lead positive change, starting in Kalihi, spreading throughout the island and then into the world. Feeding The Hungry is a division of Surfing The Nations that Cindy started in 1998. This outreach provides the largest food distribution on the island, weekly feeding over 3,000 of Oahu's hungry. This is only one of the much diversified outreaches of STN. Cindy speaks regularly providing awareness, excitement, and opportunities to partner in "giving back". Cindy also serves as a docent at Washington Place and Iolani Palace. She is the mother of four beautiful girls and grandmother to three darling little boys.
